titleOfInvention Method for obtaining chromosomal DNA derived from fetal cells
abstract [Problem] To provide a method for obtaining chromosomal DNA derived from fetal cells from a maternal blood sample. A fraction obtained from a maternal blood sample and enriched with nucleated red blood cells based on whole blood cells is specifically labeled for red blood cells and nucleic acids. b. By sorting the blood cells in the labeled fraction A at least by cell sorting, a fraction B in which the purity of nucleated red blood cells is increased is obtained. Each blood cell in fraction B is separated at the single cell level, and each separated blood cell is independently subjected to a chromosomal DNA extraction process to contain each chromosomal DNA distinguishable at the single cell level. Fraction C to be acquired is acquired. d. By performing molecular biological analysis on each of the fractions C, a fraction D containing fetal chromosomal DNA is selected from the group of fractions C. [Selection] Figure 1
