A photocatalyst is fixed to the surface of a coating material containing at least one of silver ions and copper ions, and the photocatalyst is doped with two or more metals having colors complementary to each other in oxidation shoes, A combination of two or more metals, which are anatase crystalline titanium dioxide fine particles whose surface is modified with a peroxo group, and whose oxide colors are complementary to each other, one is neodymium and the other is tungsten and rhenium.
