abstract A surface treatment agent fixed to an object, which exhibits high antibacterial / antifungal / antiviral activity even in a dark place, and is antibacterial / antifungal by light in the visible light region as well as in the ultraviolet region. Provided is a surface treatment agent containing an antibacterial catalyst having antiviral, deodorant, antifouling and air purification activities. A photocatalyst is fixed to the surface of a coating material containing at least one of silver ions and copper ions, and the photocatalyst is doped with two or more metals having colors complementary to each other in oxidation shoes, A combination of two or more metals, which are anatase crystalline titanium dioxide fine particles whose surface is modified with a peroxo group, and whose oxide colors are complementary to each other, one is neodymium and the other is tungsten and rhenium. One or more of the group consisting of or one of them is manganese or nickel, and the other is one or more of the group consisting of copper, iron and vanadium. [Selection] Figure 1
