titleOfInvention | Moisture permeable and water resistant sheet and method for producing the same |
abstract | Provided is a moisture permeable and water resistant sheet having high moisture permeability and also having water resistance. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A moisture permeable and water resistant layer in which a pore composition having an average pore size of 0.1 to 10 μm including through holes is formed by coating a liquid composition containing a binder resin, an oil and fat component and an aqueous solvent, and then drying. Prepare a water-resistant sheet. The maximum hole diameter of the hole may be 20 μm or less. The oil and fat component may be liquid paraffin. The binder resin may be a water-soluble resin or a water-insoluble resin derived from an aqueous emulsion. The binder resin may be a (meth) acrylic resin. The mass ratio of the binder resin and the fat component is about binder resin / fat component = 80/20 to 40/60. The moisture permeable and water resistant sheet may further include a substrate sheet, and the moisture permeable and water resistant layer may cover the substrate sheet. [Selection figure] None |
