titleOfInvention | Lignocellulosic biomass saccharification monitoring control device and saccharification monitoring control method |
abstract | A saccharification monitoring control device and a saccharification monitoring control method for lignocellulosic biomass capable of detecting an abnormality in real time and ensuring uniform fluidity are provided. The present invention relates to a saccharification monitoring and control apparatus for lignocellulosic biomass, comprising a Brix meter, a differential pressure meter installed at the upper part of the saccharification tank, a differential pressure gauge installed at the lower part of the saccharification tank, and an upper part of the saccharification tank. And the differential pressure difference measurement part of the differential pressure gauge installed in the lower part, the Brix concentration of the saccharified solution measured with the Brix meter and the differential pressure difference between the upper and lower saccharification tanks measured with the differential pressure difference measurement part are used as two indicators for saccharification. A saccharification monitoring and control apparatus comprising a control board for monitoring and controlling. [Selection figure] None |
