titleOfInvention | Fuel cell structure |
abstract | [PROBLEMS] To provide a “horizontal stripe type” fuel cell structure capable of suppressing an increase in electrical resistance inside a recess formed in a main surface of a support substrate. Concave portions 12 are formed at a plurality of locations on the main surface of a support substrate 10, and corresponding fuel electrode current collectors 21 are embedded in the respective concave portions 12. A concave portion 21a and a concave portion 21b are formed on the upper surface of each fuel electrode current collecting portion 21, a corresponding anode active portion 22 is embedded in each concave portion 21a, and a corresponding interconnector 30 is embedded in each concave portion 21b. The anode active part 22 and the interconnector 30 have a lower electrical conductivity than the anode current collecting part 21. When the concave portion 12 is viewed from the outside in a direction perpendicular to the main surface of the support substrate 10, the portion of the bottom wall of the concave portion 12 that overlaps the region where the fuel electrode active portion 22 and the interconnector 30 are embedded is embedded. It is depressed downward (in a direction away from the embedded object) with respect to a portion overlapping with the region that is not formed. [Selection] Figure 2 |
