An acrylic monomer (a1) having a polyoxyalkylene group, an acrylic monomer (a2) having a hydroxyl group, and an acrylic monomer (a3) other than the acrylic monomer (a1) and the acrylic monomer (a2) ) As an essential raw material, the acrylic resin (A) obtained by copolymerization, the polyisocyanate compound (B), and the (meth) acrylate (C) having a hydroxyl group are reacted, and the reaction product is reacted in an aqueous medium. Provided is an active energy ray-curable aqueous resin composition obtained by dispersing. This active energy ray-curable aqueous resin composition is excellent in storage stability, has an excellent appearance of the cured coating film, and has high adhesion to the base material even after immersion in hot water. It can be suitably used for a mold-type water-based paint. |
