abstract <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more reliable power storage system. <P>SOLUTION: A battery module 9A includes a battery cell group in which a plurality of battery cells CB1-CB6 are electrically connected in series, and a power storage control device includes a voltage detecting means for detecting voltages of the plurality of battery cells CB1-CB6 and a capacitance regulating means for regulating power storage states of a plurality of capacitors.
