abstract | <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single hollow particle having excellent optical diffusibility. <P>SOLUTION: The single hollow particle comprises a vacancy, an inner polymer layer and an outer polymer layer in this order from the center toward the outside. The inner polymer layer has 50,000-400,000 weight average molecular weight (measured by GPC) and comprises a (meth)acrylate-styrene-based copolymer containing 20-70 wt.% (meth)acrylate component.
