titleOfInvention Method for producing fine particles
abstract
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine particle making method capable of making monodispersed fine particles, prevented from being clogged with products owing to self-drainability, not requiring high pressure and having a high production performance.
SOLUTION: A fluid dissolving at least one kind of raw material for fine particles is introduced between treatment faces disposed opposite to each other to form a thin film fluid, wherein the treatment faces are allowed to move near to and away from each other and at least one of the faces is turned relatively to the other. The fine particles are precipitated by cooling or heating the thin film fluid to change saturation solubility.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
