abstract | <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing with good cutting-workability and efficiency such pellets of poly(lactic acid)-based resin composition as are excellent in the blocking resistance and bleed resistance. <P>SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing the pellets of the poly(lactic acid)-based resin composition containing a poly(lactic acid)-based resin, a plasticizer and a crystal nucleation agent, includes process (1) of melt-kneading a composition raw material containing a poly(lactic acid)-based resin, a plasticizer and a crystal nucleation agent with a kneader and then extruding strands from a dice of the kneader, process (2) of chilling the strands formed in process (1) with a liquid medium of 40°C or below for 1.6-5 seconds, and process (3) of keeping the strands chilled at process (2) under an atmosphere of 45°C or below for 3-9 seconds, with the crystal nucleation agent containing a compound with a hydroxyl group and an amide group in the molecule and a phosphoric ester metal salt. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
