abstract | <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a resin composition that, when the surface of its cured product is roughening-treated, the surface roughness is slight after the roughening treatment, and when a metallizing layer is formed on the surface of its cured product, the adhesiveness between the cured product and the metallizing layer is improved, and to provide a prepreg, a cured product, a sheet-like molded form, a laminated board and a multi-layer laminated board, each using the above resin composition. <P>SOLUTION: The resin composition, an epoxy-based one, comprises an epoxy-based resin (a), a curing agent (b) for the epoxy-based resin, silica (c) treated with either one or more of aminosilane and epoxysilane and having an average particle size of 5 μm or smaller, and a nonionic surfactant (d). In this resin composition, the amounts of the silica (c) and the nonionic surfactant (d) are 25-400 pts.wt. and 0.1-10 pt.wt., based on 100 pts.wt. of the mixture (a+b) of the epoxy-based resin (a) and the curing agent (b), respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
