abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording apparatus for which joining property between a recording medium and a first curable solution layer is increased.
SOLUTION: The recording apparatus 101 includes: an intermediate transfer belt 10; a solution feeding apparatus 12; a solution feeding apparatus 24; an inkjet recording head 14; a transfer apparatus 16; and an ultraviolet irradiation apparatus 18. The solution feeding apparatus 12 feeds a curable solution 12A, containing a curable material which is cured by a stimulation from the outside, onto the intermediate transfer belt 10, and forms a to-be-cured layer 12B. The solution feeding apparatus 24 feeds a curable solution 24A containing a curable material which is cured by a stimulation from the outside, onto the recording medium P, and forms a to-be-cured layer 24B. The inkjet recording head 14 imparts an ink to the to-be-cured layer 12B which has been formed on the intermediate transfer belt 10. The transfer apparatus 16 transfers the to-be-cured layer 12B, to which the ink has been imparted, from the intermediate transfer belt 10 to the recording medium P. The ultraviolet irradiation apparatus 18 feeds the stimulation to the to-be-cured layer 12B and the to-be-cured layer 24B right before the to-be-cured layer 12B comes into contact with the to-be-cured layer 24B, or during the contact.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
