titleOfInvention | Oil-bleedable silicone rubber adhesive composition and integrally molded body of cured product of the composition and thermoplastic resin |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-bleeding silicone rubber adhesive composition that can be strongly integrated with a thermoplastic resin to impart an oil-bleeding performance thereto, and to provide an integrally molded item of a cured product of the composition with the thermoplastic resin.
SOLUTION: The oil-bleeding silicone rubber adhesive composition includes (A) an organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl groups bonded to a silicon atom in the molecule, (B) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having at least three hydrogen atoms bonded to a silicon atom in the molecule, wherein at least 2 mol% of the total of the hydrogen atoms bonded to the silicon atom and all organic groups bonded to the silicon atom are a phenyl group, (D) a non-functional silicone oil having a phenyl group in a content of at least 10 mol% and having a viscosity at 25°C of 100-500 mPa s, (F) an addition reaction catalyst, and, if required, (C) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having at least two hydrogen atoms bonded to a silicon atom in the molecule and no phenyl group bonded to a silicon atom and (E) reinforcing silica fine powder.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
