titleOfInvention | Polyurethane decomposition liquid and method for forming polyurethane decomposition liquid |
abstract | PURPOSE: A polyurethane-decomposed liquid is provided to be used for manufacturing a recycled urethane foam and to manufacture polyurethane foam with excellent insulating performance and excellent mechanical strength. CONSTITUTION: A polyurethane-decomposed liquid comprises 3-6 weight% of a methylene dianiline, 0-0.3 weight% of a toluene diamine, 20-50 weight% of a decomposing agent of a urethane foam, and an oligomer and liquid material which are decomposed material of a residual urethane foam. A manufacturing method of the polyurethane-decomposed liquid comprises a step of putting the urethane foam into an extruder(11); a step of pressurizing and heating the urethane foam by a screw(11s); a step of putting the decomposing agent into the urethane foam; a step of circulating the urethane foam into the reactor pipe(12); and a step of manufacturing a decomposed material by monomerizing the urethane foam.
