abstract | <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high insulation film excellent in electrical properties, heat resistance, easy handling such as windability and processability. <P>SOLUTION: The high insulation film is a biaxially stretched film mainly composed of a syndiotactically structured polystyrene-based polymer containing inactive micro-particles having an average particle size of not less than 0.2 μm and not larger than 3.0 μm and a relative standard deviation of the particle size of not larger than 0.5 and an antioxidant.
