titleOfInvention | Dispersion liquid, heat-sensitive recording material and method for producing the same |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersion with such advantages that no deterioration of fine definition property and sensitivity due to the generation of microstreaks during applying an intermediate layer, the manufacture of the dispersion is possible with revelation of its high sensitivity, high definition and high binding property while showing its high productivity, and no environmental pollution attributed to chlorine occurs at the time of burning disposal, and a heat-sensitive recording material and its manufacturing method.
SOLUTION: The heat-sensitive recording material has a support, an intermediate layer and a heat-sensitive recording layer. The intermediate layer contains a hollow particle, a styrene-butadiene copolymer and a copolymer of a vinyl alcohol and an allylsulfonic acid metallic salt. The hollows of the hollow particle is 60 to 98% and the maximum particle diameter (D100) of the hollow particle is 5.0 to 10.0 μm. Besides, the ratio (D100/D50) of the maximum particle diameter (D100) of the hollow particle to the particle diameter (D50) at 50% frequency of the hollow particle, is 1.5 to 3.0. The solid matter content of the copolymer of a vinyl alcohol and an allylsulfonic acid metallic salt, is 10 to 50 pts.mass for 100 pts.mass hollow particle.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
