titleOfInvention | Capacitor with integrated separator electrode for capacitor and capacitor using the same |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator-electrode unified charge-storage element for a capacitor which has low internal resistance and is superior in self discharging characteristics, and to provide a capacitor which uses the element.
SOLUTION: The separator-electrode unified charge-storage element for a capacitor is constructed, to bind a separator onto an electrode surface for unification, wherein the separator is composed of a porous material layer (A) containing electrically insulating inorganic powder and a rubber-based binder. A separator-electrode unified charge-storage element for a capacitor in which the separator is made of a combination of a porous material layer (B) containing an electrically insulating inorganic powder and a binder and a porous material layer (C) containing an electrically insulating resin is also provided. A capacitor which uses the separator-electrode unified charge-storage element for a capacitor is also disclosed.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
