titleOfInvention | Inkjet printing method |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing method of an inkjet recording system, capable of executing high-speed printing on ink nonabsorptive and low-absorptive recording media, superior in abrasion resistance, and hardly causing clogging in an inkjet head.
SOLUTION: One embodiment of the printing method is a method of forming images on the ink nonabsorptive and low-absorptive recording media, by the inkjet recording system. An aqueous ink set includes color ink containing a coloring agent and resin ink, and the resin ink contains a water-insoluble resin solvent, and a thermoplastic resin particle and wax as resin components. A content of the thermoplastic resin particle is 4 mass% or more to 12 mass% or less in the resin ink, and a content of the wax is 0.5 mass% or more to 6 mass% or less in the resin ink. A printing process includes a step for recording by the color ink, and a step for recording by the resin ink, after the step for the recording by the color ink.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
