abstract | <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion molded article excellent in heat resistance, mechanical properties and environmental durability, which comprises a polycarbonate resin prepared by using biomass resources as raw materials; and to provide an optical film being small in wavelength dispersion of phase difference values and high in heat resistance and thermal stability made from the polycarbonate resin having a low photoelastic coefficient. <P>SOLUTION: This extrusion molded article is produced by extrusion molding a resin, composed of a carbonate structural unit expressed by formula (1) and having melt viscosity measured by a capillary rheometer at 250°C ranging 0.2×10<SP>3</SP>to 4.0×10<SP>3</SP>Pa s under a condition of 600 sec<SP>-1</SP>shear rate, at a cylinder temperature range of 220-270°C. This optical film comprises a polycarbonate resin having 150-200°C glass transition temperature, 330-400°C 5% weight reduction temperature and 0.20-0.45 specific viscosity at 20°C of a solution obtained by dissolving 0.7g of the polycarbonate resin in 100 ml of methylene chloride. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
