abstract | <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid film and the like made from a Zn(OH)<SB>2</SB>nano-sheet and a ZnO nano-whisker film. <P>SOLUTION: The hybrid film made from the Zn(OH)<SB>2</SB>nano-sheet and the ZnO nano-whisker film is synthesized on a FTO substrate by: forming a ZnO whisker film on the FTO substrate; and treating the ZnO whisker film with hot water, thereby forming the Zn(OH)<SB>2</SB>nano-sheet on a surface of the ZnO whisker film. A hybrid film made from a ZnO nano-sheet and the ZnO nano-whisker film is synthesized by subjecting the hybrid film made from the Zn(OH)<SB>2</SB>nano-sheet and the ZnO nano-whisker film to a heat-treatment. The novel hybrid film has a high conductivity and a large surface area characteristic to a ZnO whisker and a high adsorption characteristic to Zn(OH)<SB>2</SB>and can be used as a DNA sensor and a protein sensor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
