abstract | <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam molding body which is excellent in heat resistance and fire-retarding property while well presenting black. <P>SOLUTION: The foam molding body is formed by pre-expanding composite resin particles containing a fire retardant including a composite resin having carbon, a polypropylene-based resin and a polystyrene-based resin and 1.5 to 5 pts.mass of a fire retardant and 0.5 to 2 pts.mass of a fire retarding auxiliary based on 100 pts.mass of a the composite resin to form pre-expanded particles and foam-molding the pre-expanded particles at a vapor pressure of 0.22 to 0.35 MPa at a gauge pressure, wherein 0.5 to 8 mass% of the carbon is contained based on the total weight of the polypropylene-based resin and the carbon; 100 to 400 pts.mass of the polystyrene-based resin is contained based on 100 pts.mass in total weight of the carbon and the polypropylene-based resin; and 5.5 pts.mass or less in total weight of the fire retardant and the fire retarding auxiliary based on 100 pts.mass of the composite resin is impregnated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
