abstract | <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a plastic base material by which a plastic base material molding is easily taken out from a molding mold by using an external releasing agent without changing a manufacturing process and increasing the number of manufacturing processes. <P>SOLUTION: On a molding surface of a molding mold for manufacturing the plastic base material, a treating surface is formed by a coating composition including a copolymer obtained by copolymerization of monomers including a fluoroaliphatic group-containing unsaturated ester monomer and an unsaturated silane monomer.
