titleOfInvention Microorganism isolation culture method and culture kit
abstract
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To isolate and culture microorganism cells of more kinds.
SOLUTION: The method for isolating and culturing microorganisms comprises using a culture membrane 20 that is formed of a membrane for preventing passage of microorganism cells and allowing passages of various chemical substances and forms a culture space of microorganism cells 23 inside of the membrane. That is to say, a first gelling agent 21 that is shifted from a sol state to a gel state is used, a large number of gel particles 21 each in which one microorganism cell 23 is embedded are formed from a microorganism suspension in which a plurality of the microorganism cells 23 exist, a second gelling agent 22 that is reversibly shifted between a sol state and a gel state under a condition different from that of the first gelling agent 21 and the gel particles 21 are injected into the culture space of the culture membrane 20, then the second gelling agent 22 is gelled, the culture membrane 20 is placed in a culture liquid F and the microorganism cells 23 in the gel particles 21 are cultured.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
