abstract | <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a rubber composition having high rigidity, excellent drivability, low heat build up, and upgradable breaking elongation. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a rubber composition comprises: a process (MB) for preparing a master batch by kneading 100 pts.mass of a rubber component (A) containing a natural rubber and/or a diene-based synthetic rubber, 3-80 pts.mass of carbon black and 10-200 pts.mass of zinc oxide; a process (X) for kneading 100 pts.mass of a total rubber component (B) including a natural rubber and/or a diene-based synthetic rubber with 10-50 pts.mass of silica; a process (Y) for kneading a master batch prepared by the process (MB) with a kneaded product prepared by the process (X) with a mass ratio of the rubber component of the master batch to the rubber component of the kneaded product being 5-20:95-80; and a process (F1) for kneading a kneaded product prepared by the process (Y) with a vulcanization accelerator to 100 pts.mass of the total rubber component (B). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
