titleOfInvention | Thermoplastic elastomer, thermoplastic elastomer composition and molded article |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer which gives a molded article excellent in weather resistance, bending properties and tear strength, and has good flowability and good two color moldability, and generates less gas during molding; a composition containing the thermoplastic elastomer; and a molded article thereof.
SOLUTION: A thermoplastic elastomer is obtained by polymerization of a monomer component (G) containing an aromatic vinyl monomer, a cyanated vinyl monomer and a (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer in the presence of an ethylene-α-olefin-nonconjugated diene copolymer (A). In the elastomer, the component (A) and the component (G) respectively accounts for 65-90 mass% and 35-10 mass% of the sum of the components (A) and (G); the aromatic vinyl monomer, the cyanated vinyl monomer, and the (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer respectively accounts for 10-42 mass%, 1-14 mass%, and 52-85 mass% of the component (G); and 10-80 mass% of the aromatic vinyl monomer contains α-methyl group.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
