abstract <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective adhesive sheet having chipping resistance and also provided with weather resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The protective adhesive sheet has a base material and an adhesive layer, and the base material is a composite film including a mixture containing an acrylic polymer and urethane polymer. The acrylic polymer is produced by using acrylic components including an acrylic acid-based monomer, a monofunctional acrylic monomer in which glass transition temperature (Tg) of its homopolymer is &ge;273K, and a monofunctional acrylic monomer in which glass transition temperature (Tg) of its homopolymer is &lt;273K. A content of the acrylic acid-based monomer is &ge;1 wt.% and &le;30 wt.% in the acrylic components. The urethane polymer is produced by using a diol and diisocyanate, and in the urethane polymer, NCO/OH(equivalent ratio)=1.1 to 2.0.
