abstract | <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a pyrogenetic property of a rubber composition. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is a production method of a rubber composition including: a step of compounding a metal peroxide with carbon black in a diene rubber and kneading the compounded material by use of a kneading machine to obtain a carbon black master batch; and a step of compounding other additives to the obtained carbon black master batch, wherein zinc peroxide and calcium peroxide are exemplified as the metal peroxide and preferably mixed by 1 to 8 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the diene rubber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
