abstract | Disclosed is a solar-cell-equipped charger that can prevent a dye-sensitized solar cell from being damaged by heat. The disclosed solar-cell-equipped charger (1) is provided with: a dye-sensitized solar cell (10); a battery holder (50); a charging circuit (60); and a chassis (30) that contains the dye-sensitized solar cell (10), the battery holder (50), and the charging circuit (60). The chassis (30) has a first compartment (31) that contains the dye-sensitized solar cell (10) and a second compartment (32) that contains the battery holder (50) and the charging circuit (60). At least part of the back surface (38) of the first compartment (31) is formed further towards a front surface (33) than the back surface (39) of the second compartment (32) is. If the chassis (30) is placed on a flat surface (100), part of the back surface (38) of the first compartment (31) is raised up off the flat surface (100), and a tunnel-shaped ventilation pathway (101) is formed by the back surface (38) of the first compartment (31), the back surface (39) of the second compartment (32), and the flat surface (100). |
