titleOfInvention | Nonionic soft contact lens disinfectant |
abstract | In the disinfecting solution for nonionic soft contact lenses containing polylysine as a disinfectant, the disinfecting effect by polylysine can be advantageously maintained without using a disinfectant or an isotonic agent that reduces the disinfecting effect of polylysine. The present invention provides a disinfecting solution having a further improved compatibility with nonionic contact lenses. In the disinfecting solution for nonionic soft contact lenses containing polylysine, each having a molecular weight of 200 or less, (A) 0.1 to 1.0% by weight of an acidic isotonic agent having a carboxyl group, and (B) 0.10 to 1.25% by weight of the basic tonicity agent having an amino group, and (C) 0.1 to 2 of at least one of a nonionic tonicity agent and an amphoteric tonicity agent And the molar concentration ratio of the A component and the B component is 1.2 or less, the pH is 6.5 to 8.0, and the osmotic pressure is 250 to 330 mOsm / kg, and the electric conductivity was adjusted to 130 to 750 mS / m. |
