titleOfInvention | Method for synthesizing metal nanoparticles |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To synthesize metal nanoparticles which do not contain a corrosive material, from an insoluble metal salt, and to produce the metal nanoparticles which are preferably used for an electrically conductive material.
SOLUTION: The method for synthesizing the metal nanoparticles includes the steps of: preparing an aqueous solution A of the metal salt by dissolving the metal salt in water; preparing an aqueous solution B of a carboxylic acid by dissolving a compound such as glycolic acid in water; preparing an aqueous solution C of a reducing agent; preparing a basic aqueous solution D; producing a mixture solution by adding the basic aqueous solution D dropwise into the aqueous solution A of the metal salt while stirring the mixed product; producing a suspension of the carboxylate by adding the aqueous solution B of the carboxylic acid dropwise into the mixture solution while stirring the mixed product; and producing the metal nanoparticle by adding the aqueous solution C of the reducing agent dropwise into the suspension of the carboxylate while stirring the mixed product. Metal elements contained in the metal salt contain 75 wt.% or more silver. In the step of producing the metal nanoparticle by adding the aqueous solution C of the reducing agent dropwise, the mixed product is stirred at a temperature of 25 to 95°C.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
