titleOfInvention Cooling pad laminate for curved heating element and its application
abstract
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold sense pad laminated body for a curved surface heating element which is used for pillows and shoes and is excellent in moderate cold sense, durability of cold sense, and good bending durability, and to provide an application article of the same.
SOLUTION: The cold sense pad laminated body for a curved surface heating element includes at least three layers which are: a heat source side surface layer (A); an intermediate layer (B); and a backing layer (C), and comprises as follows. In materials of the three layers, a gel material for the heat source side surface layer (A), a resin material for the intermediate layer (B), and a carbonaceous material for the backing layer (C) are chosen so that tensile elongation percentages (based on JIS K6251) of the three layers may have an order of the surface layer (A)>the intermediate layer (B)>the backing layer (C). The backing layer (C) in which an area thereof is made to be smaller than that of the intermediate layer (B), is made to come near to a center to adhere so as not hang from each side of the intermediate layer (B), and is arranged to follow bending.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
