titleOfInvention | Modified perovskite complex oxide, method for producing the same, and complex dielectric material |
abstract | <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified perovskite type multiple oxide which has dielectric properties equal to or higher than those before modification, substantially avoids elution of a coating component from coating components to modify a perovskite type multiple oxide, effectively suppresses variation with time in the specific surface area of the perovskite type multiple oxide and elution of the A site metal, and has good disintegrating property. <P>SOLUTION: The modified perovskite type multiple oxide is obtained by coating a particle surface of a perovskite type multiple oxide with TiO<SB>2</SB>and at least one selected from the group consisting of Nd, La, Ce, Pr and Sm, wherein the coating is formed by hydrolyzing a hydrolyzable TiO<SB>2</SB>precursor and a salt of at least one selected from the group consisting of Nd, La, Ce, Pr and Sm and then performing firing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
