titleOfInvention Water-based urethane cement composition
abstract The invention obtains a water-based urethane mortar composition forming a coating film which is capable of keeping heat resistance or other physical properties without deteriorating the workability or the surface appearance while preventing warpage or crack resulting from the contraction of the coating film without remarkably lowering the hardening contraction and does not cause warpage or crack on a surface layer resulting from hardening contraction even when the coating film has a thin thickness of 1-4 mm. The water-based urethane mortar composition obtained by blending a polyester polyol, an isocyanate compound and aggregate containing hydraulic mortar exhibits >=30 N/mm<2> compressive strength and 3.0-10.0 N/mm<2> contraction stress and material strength and surface strength being improved and the coating film having a hardly scratched surface and free from the warpage phenomenon or the induced crack.
