titleOfInvention | Method for producing polyacetal resin composition |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polyacetal resin composition excellent in repeated impact resistance and recycle moldability after aging.
SOLUTION: In the method for producing a polyacetal resin composition, the polyacetal resin composition is obtained from a raw material composition containing a polyacetal resin, a hydrazine derivative, and a compound for lowering the melting point of the hydrazine derivative. The method includes the steps of: preparing a mixture of the hydrazine derivative and the compound; and melt kneading the mixture with the polyacetal resin; the mixture satisfying the conditions of T1<T2 and T1<T3, wherein T1 is the maximum temperature of the endothermic peak representing the maximum endothermic capacity when, by means of DSC, the mixture is subjected to heating and cooling by a predetermined temperature program and then the mixture is heated at a predetermined speed until the mixture is melted, and T2 and T3 are also the maximum temperature of the endothermic peak representing the maximum endothermic capacity of the hydrazine derivative and the polyacetal resin, respectively.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
