titleOfInvention | Gasoline tank |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded body which can maintain barrier properties such as oxygen or gasoline barrier properties, even when the molded body is roughly handled.
SOLUTION: This molded body includes a molded base material and a special gas barrier layer laminated on the base material. The gas barrier layer is formed of a composition including a hydrolytic condensate of at least, one kind of chemical compound (L) with a characteristic group possessing hydrolytic nature, and a polymer (X) containing a carboxyl group and/or a carboxylic acid anhydride group. Further, at least, part of a -COO- group of the polymer (X) is neutralized and/or is subjected to chemical reaction by a chemical compound (P) containing not less than two amino groups. At least, part of the -COO- group of the polymer (X) is neutralized through divalent or higher metallic ions. The ratio of [the equivalent weight of the amino group contained in the chemical compound (P)]/[the equivalent weight of the -COO- group of the polymer (X)], falls within the range of 0.2/100 to 20.0/100.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
