titleOfInvention | Method for producing flexible polyurethane foam |
abstract | <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a flexible polyurethane foam having low density and good formability. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the flexible polyurethane foam comprises reaction of a polyol component (A) with an organic polyisocyanate component in the presence of a foaming agent, an urethanization catalyst and a foam stabilizer. The component (A) contains 4 kinds of polyols, the foaming agent is water, and the amount of the water is 5-7 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the polyol component (A). The organic polyisocyanate component comprises ≥70 wt.% of one or more polyisocyanates selected from 2,4- and 2,6-tolylene diisocyanates, its crude material and their modified materials and ≤30 wt.% of other polyisocyanates, and the polyurethane foam has a core density of 15-28 kg/m<SP>3</SP>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
