abstract | <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersant capable of dispersing lactic acid-based resin particles in an aqueous solvent (particularly in water) with high dispersion stability. <P>SOLUTION: The dispersant is composed of a block copolymer having an aliphatic polyester block (for example, a polymer block of a hydroxycarboxylic acid component consisting of a lactic acid component such as a polylactic acid block at the least) and a polypeptide block.
