titleOfInvention | Biological desulfurization equipment |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save trouble cleaning of a packed bed of an organism desulfurization apparatus and improve its cleaning effect.
SOLUTION: The organism desulfurization apparatus includes an organism desulfurization column 1 having an openable lid 2 or the like, an upper packed bed 3 and a lower packed bed 4 which are installed at the upper part and the lower part in the organism desulfurization column respectively and are each composed of a carrier and a supporting plate to support the carrier, an upper aeration device 7 and a lower aeration device 8 which are installed below the upper packed bed and the lower packed bed respectively and a drain pipe 12 with a drain valve 11 which is connected to the lower part of the organism desulfurization column. Firstly, after the lid or the like is opened with the drain valve 11 closed and water is filled up to above the upper packed bed 3, the upper packed bed 3 is cleaned by aeration with the upper aeration device 7. Secondly, after the aeration with the upper aeration device 7 is stopped and the water level is lowered to between the upper packed bed 3 and the lower packed bed 4 by opening the drain valve 11, the lower packed bed 4 is cleaned by aeration with the lower aeration device 8.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
