titleOfInvention Method for preparing coating solution for electrophotographic photosensitive member and method for producing electrophotographic photosensitive member
abstract <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an application liquid having excellent dispersion stability and coating properties for organic pigment. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing an application liquid for electrophotographic photoreceptor which is obtained by dispersing an organic pigment and a polyamide resin to a solvent includes processes of preparing a gelled polyamide resin by use of an alcohol and the polyamide resin; dispersing the gelled polyamide to the solvent to prepare a polyamide resin dispersion liquid with a volume average particle size (D<SB>50</SB>) of 0.50 &mu;m or more and 6.00 &mu;m or less as a measurement value by dynamic light scattering method; adding and dispersing the organic pigment to the polyamide dispersion liquid; and adding a diluting solvent to the polyamide resin dispersion liquid with the organic pigment dispersed therein to prepare the application liquid for electrophotographic photoreceptor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&amp;INPIT
