titleOfInvention Magnetic resonance diagnostic equipment
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To commonly reject the mixture of unnecessary signals from fat and water or to remarkably suppress it even when an area with fat and water being different in mitigation time exists in the neighborhood of a desired region in a subject. SOLUTION: A pulse sequence which comprises a pre-saturation pulse is impressed on the subject and magnetic resonance signals generated from a metabolic result are collected in a magnetic resonance diagnosing unit. The unit is provided with a pulse setting means for respectively setting the pre- saturation pulses in accordance with the water and fat of a spin. The means sets >=1 first pre-saturation pulses P4-P6 for previously saturating biowater with a long mitigation time and >=1 second pre-saturation pulses P7 and P8 for previously saturating fat with a short mitigation time. It is favorable that the first pre-saturation pulse precedes the second pre-saturation pulse in terms of time.
