titleOfInvention | Biologically active molecule-containing crosslinked heparin gel composition |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photo-crosslinked heparin solvation hydrogel of a novel substance.
SOLUTION: The photo-crosslinked heparin solvation hydrogel is obtained by a method of preparing a solution containing components B-D shown hereinafter, to be frozen thereafter, by irradiating an obtained frozen matter with light, to be gelled, and by melting the frozen gel, where B is a photoreactive heparin wherein cinnamic acid amino propyl is coupled with a 6-desulfated heparin derivative obtained by removing partially or completely a sulfate group bonded to 6-hydroxyl group of hexosamine (N-sulfated glucosamine or N-acetylglucosamine) residue of a heparin skeleton; C is a polyethylene glycol or sodium edetate; and D is an aqueous solvent capable of dissolving the B and C components.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
