abstract | <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat-stabilized polylactic acid-containing composition having a good hue. <P>SOLUTION: The polylactic acid-containing composition contains polylactic acid and phosphorous acid esters and satisfies the following requirements (a) to (c) at the same time: (a) a color b value measured as a 10% solution in chloroform is <2.5, (b) a color b value measured as a 10% solution in chloroform after retention at 260°C in an air atmosphere for 20 min is <2.5, and (c) a degree of stereo-complex crystallinity (S) defined by the expression (1) of S=[ΔH<SB>msc</SB>/(ΔH<SB>mh</SB>+ΔH<SB>msc</SB>)]×100 in DSC measurement is ≥80%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
