titleOfInvention | Electret body and filter of biodegradable nonwoven fabric |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electret body of nonwoven fabric which has biodegradability and a long charge life.
SOLUTION: A nonwoven fabric formed from an alloy fiber made of an aliphatic polyester-based resin and a polyolefin-based resin is electretized. The ratio (mass ratio) of the aliphatic polyester-based resin to the polyolefin-based resin is about 50/50-99/1 (especially 70/30-95/5). The aliphatic polyester-based resin may constitute a matrix phase in the alloy fiber and the polyolefin-based resin may constitute a disperse phase. The aliphatic polyester-based resin may be a polylactic acid-based resin and the polyolefin-based resin may be a polypropylene-based resin. The nonwoven fabric may be a melt-blown nonwoven fabric. The nonwoven fabric may contain a hindered amine-based compound. The nonwoven fabric is suitable for a filter such as a mask filter.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
