titleOfInvention | Polypropylene, foaming polypropylene resin composition, and foam thereof |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylene capable of obtaining a foaming composition and foamed article having a high foaming magnitude and independent bubble rate, a foaming polypropylene resin composition and foamed article of the same.
SOLUTION: This linear polypropylene is provided by having (A) ≥4.1 ratio of its Z-average molecular weight to weight-average molecular weight obtained by using a gel permeation chromatography, (B) 1.4-1.8 ratio of the outer diameter of an extruded strand of the linear polypropylene to the inner diameter of an orifice of an MFR-measuring machine (swell ratio) obtained by using the MFR-measuring machine in accordance with the conditions of the ISO1133, and (C) 48-105 KJ/(mol K) activation energy of flow, obtained from a viscoelastic measurement of the linear polypropylene under its molten state at least at the 3 points of temperatures. The foaming polypropylene resin composition contains the polypropylene and a blowing agent. The foamed article is obtained by foaming the composition.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
