titleOfInvention | Polyacetal resin composition and method for producing the same |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyacetal resin composition formable of a molded article which excels in the balance of mechanical properties typified by rigidity and toughness, and even after long-time exposure in a hydrothermal environment, retains the rigidity and suppresses the deterioration of gear properties.
SOLUTION: The polyacetal resin composition contains: 100 pts.mass of a polyacetal resin; 5-50 pts.mass of surface-untreated light calcium carbonate having an average particle diameter of 50-500 nm and pH of 9.2-10.0; a 12-30C fatty acid; and a fatty acid calcium salt, wherein the carbon number X of the fatty acid and the carbon number Y of the fatty acid calcium salt satisfy conditions represented by expression: 1≤X-Y≤4, a mass ratio of the fatty acid to the light calcium carbonate is 0.020-0.060, and a mass ratio of the fatty acid to the fatty acid calcium salt is 3-15.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
