titleOfInvention | Vulcanizable rubber composition |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vulcanizable rubber composition which can produce a molded product capable of reducing weight and excellent in strength properties, designability, compression set resistance and processability.
SOLUTION: The vulcanizable rubber composition is composed of (A) an ethylene-α-olefin-nonconjugated polyene copolymer rubber consisting of ethylene, a 3-20C α-olefin and a nonconjugated polyene, (B) a polyethylene resin and (C) a foaming agent, forming a blend through microdispersion of a molten state of (B) into (A). Where an average particle diameter of dispersed (B) is at most 2 μm; the blended weight ratio of (B) over (A) [(B)/(A)] is 5/95-50/50; and (C) is a non-supported type. The production method therefor and rubber goods produced by vulcanizing the composition, are also provided.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
