abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive composition for connection in a circuit manifesting a high adhesive strength, excellent in storage stability at room temperature to 50 deg.C, manifesting enough performance after a reliability test, and to provide a connected body and a semiconductor device. SOLUTION: The adhesive composition for connection in the circuit includes (a) radically polymerizable compounds, (b) a hardener generating radicals by irradiation of light having wave lengths 150 to 750 nm, or heating at 80 to 200 deg.C or by both light irradiation and heating and (c) a compound having N atom and a carbon - carbon double bond in the molecule. |
