abstract | <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rodamine-cyclodextrin-imidazo[1,2-a]-pyradin-3-one bonding compound inducing a light emission of crimson to red for being used in the field of biochemical examination, clinical examination and the like, and its manufacturing method, and furtheromre, to provide a high sensitive analysis method of superoxide anions using the rodamine-cyclodextrin-imidazo[1,2-a]-pyradin-3-one bonding compound. <P>SOLUTION: A compound formed by covalent bonding of imidazo[1,2-a]-pyradin-3-ones and rodamines through a cyclodextrin as shown by figure is used as an effective component for an emission spectroscopy reagent for the superoxide anions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
