titleOfInvention | Blend rubber composition containing a polymer capable of forming two or more kinds of crosslinking groups |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blend rubber composition which includes a polymer which can form two or more kinds of crosslinkable groups, the two or more kinds of crosslinkable groups being a hydrogen bond crosslinkable group and a covalent bond crosslinkable group, wherein the rubber composition is a thermosetting rubber composition which can form a thermoset rubber in which the covalent bond crosslinkable group is crosslinked by at least one of the organic peroxide crosslink and the vulcanizing of sulfur.
SOLUTION: The blend rubber composition includes a polymer (a) prepared by incorporating a diene rubber (b), and at least one of an organic peroxide and sulfur into a polymer (a) which has formed a hydrogen bond group in the polymer molecule, and capable of forming two or three kinds of crosslinkable groups including a hydrogen bond crosslinkable group in a polymer which forms a hydrogen bond group. In the blend rubber composition, preferably, the polymer (a) which has formed a hydrogen bonding group in a polymer molecule is a polymer which is obtained by sequentially reacting an unsaturated compound containing a carbonyl group in the main chain with a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound which contains a functional group which can react with the carbonyl group.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
