titleOfInvention Method for producing high molecular weight aliphatic polyester
abstract When mixing a diisocyanate with an aliphatic polyester prepolymer in a molten state having a melting point or higher, the diisocyanate is prevented from evaporating, and the diisocyanate and the aliphatic polyester prepolymer are uniformly mixed to obtain a high molecular weight aliphatic polyester. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for producing continuously and efficiently. In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, in the present invention, (i) an aliphatic polyester prepolymer having a number average molecular weight of 5000 or more, a terminal group is a hydroxyl group, and at least one kind of acid component is succinic acid is higher than its melting point. A step of quantitatively injecting a diisocyanate equivalent to 1/10 to 2 equivalents of the hydroxyl group of the aliphatic polyester prepolymer into the molten state of (ii) the diisocyanate obtained in (i) quantitatively and continuously (Iii) in the thickening reaction tank, the step of feeding the aliphatic polyester prepolymer containing the polymer into the mixing tank, outflowing the mixing polyester from the mixing tank and supplying it to the thickening reaction tank. Provided is a method for producing a high molecular weight aliphatic polyester comprising a step of reacting a polymer with a diisocyanate. [Selection] Figure 1
